You rush toward the sound of shots, weapon drawn, and see a person partially concealed behind a pillar and holding a gun. Is this the shooter? is it an accomplice? Is it another armed citizen responding to the crisis? Imagine this confrontation multiplied by 10 or 20 as armed vigilantes meet each other and the uniformed police arriving on the scene. |
